Diogo relies on transparency and technology

Diogo, 22, successfully completed his apprenticeship as an EFZ application developer with a vocational baccalaureate in 2021. Now it's time for the next step: In the fall, he will start his Bachelor's degree in computer science - a logical decision for someone who has been passionate about solving puzzles since childhood.

What sets him apart is not only his analytical thinking, but also his clear focus on customer benefit. Diogo consistently pursues the goal of developing transparent, needs-oriented solutions. Communication is central to his approach: sustainable results can only be achieved if the requirements are clear. He combines this attitude with a high level of self-motivation and a willingness to learn.

With his Bachelor's degree, Diogo not only wants to deepen his knowledge, but also get to grips with new technologies and developments in the IT sector. He has the necessary stamina to get to grips with complex topics and is not afraid of big challenges.

His talent for breaking down big problems into small, solvable pieces makes him a valuable contributor in a dynamic environment. Diogo doesn't look for the simplest solution, but the best one - and brings creative ideas and high quality standards to the table.

With a view to the digital future, Diogo shows that those who combine customer focus, transparency and innovation are ready to take responsibility - and create real added value.
