Polter card: Capture Polter data and grant access

In short

The Polter Map (PolterMap) shows all the Polters on the map and in a list. Foresters, entrepreneurs, transporters and buyers work with the same data. You enter quantities directly on the smartphone, both in and out of units.

Here’s how it works

  1. Watch the paradePolter Card In the menu: Show and filter Polter on the map and in the list.
  2. Polter recordingsCapture and process footage directly in the field, add photos.
  3. Checking in and checking outEnter and check out quantities on the smartphone via the card. The history shows all movements with timestamps and photos.
  4. Carriers and buyersCarriers and buyers can be assigned to a Polter. They receive a free license for this.
  5. Access grantedExtensions → Polter Map → Permissions → Person on «Active» → Save. The list only shows connected employees.
Tip: You first connect external helpers as employees, then you set them to «Active».

Common problems

Extensions → Polter Map → Permissions → «Active» → Save.

She must first be associated with the employee: Add employees. After that, it appears in the list.
