Rethinking weekly planning: efficient, mobile and resource-saving

The new weekly planning tool is online - and brings a breath of fresh air to companies' operational planning. With a clear focus on efficiency, transparency and user-friendliness, it simplifies the coordination of orders, machines, personnel and absences.

The focus is on three aspects: Predictability, availability and overview. Orders can be scheduled precisely, including deadlines and resource requirements. At the same time, the tool enables forward-looking machine planning, allowing bottlenecks to be identified and avoided at an early stage. Staff scheduling is based on qualifications and availability, which makes allocation targeted and traceable.

A special plus: absences such as vacations or further training are recorded directly in the tool and automatically integrated into the planning. Managers can check and approve these with just a few clicks - making the communication flow much more efficient. Pending tasks can also be recorded and scheduled over the course of the week.

For quick access, there is both a Print function as well as a mobile display of the weekly schedule. This allows employees to maintain an overview at all times - whether in the office, on the road or on site with customers.

In the future, a Monthly planning planned, which will enable even more strategic resource management.

This solution not only makes weekly planning more digital, but also smarter. This saves time, reduces sources of error and creates space for the essentials: targeted implementation.
