Automated data transfer: ForstControl integrates Wahlers Cloud

More and more forestry companies are relying on ForstControl to manage their machines efficiently. As use increases, so does the desire for a seamless data flow - especially when recording machine data.

In collaboration with the development of ForstControl 3.0, a new interface to the Wahlers Forsttechnik cloud is currently being created. This connection will make it possible to import central machine data directly and automatically into ForstControl. This includes daily output, sorting data and machine hours.

This eliminates the need for manual data entry - a major step towards greater efficiency and data quality. Companies benefit from time savings, fewer sources of error and seamless documentation. "The connection to the Wahlers cloud fulfills a key need for our users," says the ForstControl development team.

The interface is another milestone on the road to fully digitized forestry. It strengthens cooperation between machine manufacturers and software providers and brings the practice a big step closer to real-time data analysis.
