ForstControl is sending out a clear signal with its new strategic management: The company wants to grow, become more innovative and think outside the box. This requires more than just technology - it needs expertise, a networked mindset and leadership skills.
With the newly established management, ForstControl brings together central forces from forestry, agriculture and mechanical engineering. This bundled expertise makes it possible to make optimum use of synergies. Among those involved are forestry school lecturer Robert Schickmüller, HSM Switzerland Managing Director Michael Enzler and Fabian Brühwiller from Maschinenring AG. Together with founder David Henzmann and forester HF Roger Bolliger, this committee forms a strong basis for sustainable growth.
The Board of Directors plays a central role in this. It is responsible for the financial stability of the company, supports budget processes and monitors economic development. It also sets strategic guidelines that pave the way for a future-oriented and digitalized forestry industry.
Another important aspect is that the Board of Directors ensures dialogue with shareholders and organizes the Annual General Meeting - an opportunity to make decisions transparent and enable participation.
This new structure represents more than just an expansion in personnel. It signals a clear desire for further development - based on specialist knowledge, practical relevance and entrepreneurial foresight.
